HELP ME CHOOSE A BDAY CELEBRATION LOCATION!!

so even if my parents r being dang annoying bt NOT allowing me to throw a big bash for my 18th COME ON LAAA ITS IMPT RIGHT UR EIGHTEENTH..not as impt as 21st but STILL!!! i'm gonna look for places.. so help me k! criteria is as follows

1) CHEAP FOR DINNER!
2) CAN SIT 30+ ppl
3)AMBIENCE IS GOOOOOOD
4)NICE ENOUGH TO DRESS UP
5)AIR-Con..or at least super good fans la k

so far i really like how The Apartment looks..although i've never been there, heard service ain't that good and food darn pricey
