what's your release?

my mom and i were talking about "release's". everyone has a different way of releasing what they're going through. and in THAT instant.. that's what i'd call their 'form of release.'
....................
it got me thinking:

over switchfoot concerts and how Jon said he finds his release in music and song;

over public journals and how many people, these days, use them as their form of release;

and over my release.
...
I've got many forms: it could be dance, art, having good talks on things of substance.But of recent and not so recent; i've chosen writing.

i believe in honesty and truth.. and rawness..
but i also believe that one can "lose it all, in a sudden catch of a thousand words". i'm not too good at voicing my words. but i am good at writing them out.

but what about vulnerability, you say?
well, that's one that i'm still battling with and writing is a sure way of letting your walls down.

so here's my step of faith:
