dear john...

I don't think I can remember the last time i've loved a movie and their soundtrack. ALL the songs. I'm a Nicholas Sparks' fan just 'cause the movies that have been made from his books have been really well done, cinematography wise (like i know the details of what that entails, right? lol) I love the colors and the director of photography should be given a pat on the back. Hmm, so maybe i'm a fan of the DIRECTORS who have made his books into movies. i don't know :P

Anyway, songs that got me going were Josh Radin & Schuyler Fisk's (love her) collab in Paperweight. Also, The Swell Season's The Moon and Rachel Yamagata & Dan Wilson's collab in You Take Me Away. Oh man, all these musicians that i love :) Movie wasn't too bad either. Storyline was done well. Loved the old-time southern feel (Southern Carolina was where it was filmed) and the letter writing - definitely a fan of that ;)

Okay i could talk more about this movie but i'll keep it short for you and for me, 'cause it's sunday MORNING and i need to be up in like 7 hours for church.
